Fits most Mitsubishi applications. Mitsubishi 34mm Applications. ATP 1. I've got a greddy type-rz and it's loud as hell un-recirculated, almost too loud imo. It's pretty quite recirculated with the stock rubber intake pipe but with a aluminum pipe it sounds perfect. Not obnoxiously loud and not too quite. If you want my honest opinion, don't buy an expensive blow off valve unless you really need it.
I paid about for mine and I feel like it was such a waste of money. That makes me angry just typing it out, what a waste of money. If you really want something "bling" and nice sounding, try out NGR's valves. They're a recreation of the greddy type s and work really well and aren't too terribly priced. Even though they use to be like shipped and are now and I see they're now selling replacement diaphragms. That kind of throws the claims that their internals are stronger out the window considering they've only been on the market about a year.
STM has one in stock. You can't recirculate the Tial but they are great BOVs. Same with the HKS but you can recirculate it. There are a lot more valves out there to choose from but these are most popular for DSMs and they do just about the same job for you, no better or worse. The only difference is price and sound right now. Get a hard intake pipe with your bov and you should be happy. Also, try to avoid buying any BOV other than the 1G off ebay, There are so many counterfeits on there.
You'll get ripped off. I'm running the SSQV v2 and mine is pretty loud. Alright thanks I have a hard piped intake but if I got a hard pipe for the recircularing tube it'd be louder also? Many people on here will ask you why you are concerned about venting your bov. It just turns into a show off valve, thus defeating it's purpose. You, like many people enjoy hearing the car and it's capabilities. Make sure you do recirculate any bov you do choose.
