To do this, I had to close the browser tab and reopen Priceline in a new tab. In effect, I was searching both areas at once. This is why I searched each area separately before.
But I had a few tricks up my sleeve. I briefly explained this method in this post. This was not something I could do in a straightforward way because Priceline would only allow me to rebid if I changed my criteria.
So I would have to wait for 24 hours before submitting another bid. Basically, the way to bid multiple times per day on Priceline is to identify the safe zones and plan the combination of areas to maximize the number of bids I get. If this sounds complex, please bear with me. Firstly, I identified the safe zones in Seattle. Because I wanted a hotel with 3 stars or more, my safe zones would be the areas that only had hotels with 2. Pay attention to how the star levels that are not available in these areas are greyed out.
Because I wanted at least a 3-star hotel, these areas are safe zones for me. Whether an area is a safe zone or not depends on your minimum star level. When you look for safe zones, make sure that you only choose one area at a time.
Uncheck all zones, then check only the one you want to investigate. I started with Pike Place and Space Needle, which were my two target areas. Then I carefully added the four safe zones into the mix so I could keep bidding again and again without waiting the required 24 hours. I went with my AirBnB option and had a great time there.

For example, requests for non-smoking rooms or two beds will be considered, but the hotel is under no obligation to provide anything beyond a room with a bed. They offer help with airfares, car rentals, hotels and vacation packages.
There are literally thousands of posts, helpful FAQs, and a section for reporting glitches in the system. It offers Hotwire and Priceline information. One of the first rules of good salesmanship is to never reveal your lowest price. Those secrets are the basis of Priceline's success since its start in Priceline may tolerates these insider websites because of the amount of exposure they provide.
So, you can expect these bid-revealing sites to increase alongside Priceline. Use them wisely. Start by checking the going rate through the sites of major airlines, hotels, car rental firms, etc.
Expedia and Travelocity are helpful for this research. For hotels, survey a few four-star properties, then move down to some three-stars or even two-stars nice rooms, no gift shop in the lobby. Thanks to travelers discussing their strategies for better bidding , here are some helpful tips to help you decide how far in advance to bid on Priceline.
The two biggest factors affecting when you should bid on a hotel room are: how flexible you are regarding location, and how busy your destination will be on your travel dates. Priceline sells off excess hotel inventory. When a hotel has excess capacity, they sell their room on Priceline. Because you never know what hotel you will receive, I recommend only booking on Priceline when you are flexible on location. If you need a specific hotel or a specific location, it is best to book elsewhere.
Hotels tend to list their inventory on Priceline 2 to 3 months out. As a result, selection is best 1 to 3 months before your travel date. Book too early and selection may not be great, as hotels prefer to sell their rooms through other higher paying channels such as their own website and other online sites.
However, book too late and and selection may be limited. If you are flexible on your location, it is best to book between weeks in advance of your travel date. This is the sweet spot when hotels are looking to fill their vacant rooms, selection is good and prices are reasonable.
